We are happy again to offer Bagel Mondays from Boardwalk Bagels every monday this school year. This form will cover every Monday until Monday 1/31 for Grades K-8.  


Every Monday for the dates indicated below, students have the option to purchase bagels for lunch.
16 Bagel Days ($32)
 
September: 27th
October: 4th, 18th, 25th
November: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
December:6th, 13th, 20th
January: 3rd, 10th, 24th, 31st

NOTE:  Please fill out a SEPARATE order form for each child.

After you submit your order you will be charged on your FACTS account. Payment is expected within 20 days of posting.

The completed form(s) is due by Monday September 20th.  

No refunds will be issued if a child is absent.
