FISH House Application, 2024-2025
Thank you for your interest in FISH house (also known as Douglas House)!

FISH serves as the Christian interest house on campus and a center of Christian life at Carleton. It is a cute little house across from the Weitz and has 8 beds total (one triple, one double, two singles, two baths). FISH is a wonderful community of Carls who are either Christians themselves or are curious and respectful of Christianity. It is a place of faith, devotion, acceptance, openness, community, and fun.

You can look forward to study sessions in the living room, movie/game nights, Just Dance sessions, and whatever our imagination conjures up. FISH house is also a gathering space for the broader Carleton Christian community, whether for game nights, bible study, movie nights, prayer circles, or chocolate fondue consumption. Together, students deepen our Christian faith and explore a life of acceptance and love in the image of Christ.

FISH house is connected to the Office of the Chaplain and receives programmatic and pastoral support from the Associate Chaplain for Christian and Interfaith Life. Participation in Chapel-sponsored events is encouraged.

Questions? Reach out to Mary Perez, our Associate Chaplain for Christian and Interfaith Life, at mperez2@carleton.edu.

Applications for Fall 2024 are due March 28th, 2024.
