Reimbursement Request
Use the form below for requesting funds from the Elton Hills PTSA. Funds provided by the PTSA must benefit the students of Elton Hills Elementary. Requests may be submitted any time before May 1 of the current school year. 
Please note the following:
  • Staff are provided with a staff stipend to help cover classroom costs throughout the year. Use of stipend should be considered before requesting additional funds. Find the stipend form HERE.
  • Requests will be discussed at the next PTSA meeting unless a more urgent decision is needed. 
  • Payment by the PTSA is preferred if possible, if reimbursement is required receipts must be provided.
  • Approval is required before any purchases are made. 
  • All submissions must be received before the final PTSA meeting of the school year in May.
