You may only check-out your own student(s). You may not pick up or drop off any other students but your own.
If you are meeting your student at SeaWorld to spend time as a family, you must complete this form. You may leave the park with with your student and then drop them back at the hotel at the drop-off time noted above.
If your student is traveling back on the bus with the Band, you must hand off your student to a band director or chaperone. Contact your student's chaperone to arrange a time and location to meet for hand-off.
The person taking responsibility for this student is responsible for making transportation arrangements to pick up and drop off their student.
Students must be signed out and into their chaperone when leaving and returning to the group. Under no circumstance should a student be “dropped off” or left without the supervision of a responsible party (i.e., a parent, relative, band chaperone, band director, or band staff).
We will not alter the itinerary of the group as a whole to fulfill your pick-up/drop-off request. Buses will leave on time to and from Sea World. If you are late, to pick up your child from the Hotel in the morning, you must meet us at Sea World. If you are late to drop-off your child before buses depart from Sea World, you must drop-off at the Hotel. Please communicate any issues directly with your student's chaperone.
