Livonia CSD Remote Learning Meal Order Form
The Livonia Central School District will be providing access to meals throughout the academic school year on any day that instruction occurs.  Please fill out the form below if you would like to pick up meals for your child(ren).

Meals can be picked up each day (Monday-Friday) at the Middle/High School Cafeteria entrance between the hours of 11:10am - 12:00pm.
