Official language:  English only.     No translation to any other language.

1) Presentation style;  
     Oral pesentation or poster presentation
     The Program Committee has the final decision on the presentation sytle for each abstract.
2) An acceptance letter:  
     It  will be emailed by early November 2019.
3) JPSCS membersip:  
     A non-Japanese presenter is not requested to get the membership.
     The first Japanese presenter is requested to get the membership before abstract submission.
 4) Meeting registration fee:
     Every presenter with accepted abstracts is requested to pay the congress registration fee (80 US$)  from 15 November   2019 to 15 December 2019.  The registration homepage will be uploaded on the meeting homepage in early November.
5) Proceedings:
     The online Proceedings is rereased at free a couple of weeks before the meeting date.  You can also look at it if you bring a mobil device with SIM card.
5) Target subjects:
     Patient safety in clinical practice, nursing, clinical engineering, pharmacology, management, administration, data processing.
     We also welcome those abstracts related to the theme of the 6thJPSCS that is “Succession of Patient Safety Culture"..
6)  Certificate of presentation:
     The presenter except for co-author will obtain it at our onsite registration desk.
