Mandip Kaur, MA, BCBA, completed her master’s in applied behavior analysis at Ball State University. She is a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She earned her bachelor’s in psychology and human development and family sciences from the University of Georgia. Mandip is the Lead Behavioral Clinical Practitioner in the Language and Learning Program at Marcus Autism Center. Currently, she provides services in the Intensive Outpatient Program by developing and managing cases with minimally verbal clients. She has experience providing behavior analytic services to children ages 2 to 15 with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and developmental delays in various settings, including clinics, day cares, schools and home. Mandip’s passion is to teach her clients to communicate their needs and wants, and increase their overall level of independence. Her professional interests include verbal behavior, skill acquisition, barriers to learning, motivation, and caregiver and staff training.

Tabitha Cardinal is a BCBA who happened into the field of ABA in 2017 she was finishing her first master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Upon finishing this degree, becoming a certified counselor, and working part time as a mental health therapist in a girls group home setting and working part time as a RBT at a local clinic she realized that her true passion was in ABA and not in the mental health sector of psychology. This realization led her to pursue another master’s degree in ABA with an Emphasis in Autism at Ball State University. She believes that ABA is a powerful therapy that can certainly change lives as long as it’s being conducted ethically and humanely. She is vocal on her stance on the need for ABA reform and you can often find her talking about the need for incorporating more choice, reducing physical prompts, placing a greater focus on establishing motivating operations instead of forcing compliance, and ensuring that each client has individualized treatment with regular monitoring to ensure the shortest amount of ABA treatment for the client as necessary to obtain positive outcomes and to increase their quality of life. She is a Regional Coordinator at Positive Behavior Supports Corporation, and has been with the company since 2020. She has served in multiple regions within the state of Georgia and Tennessee to help spearhead growth and quality care for the community and local providers. In her current role she is the coordinator of all aspects of the company within the regions she serves and through her efforts she has helped facilitate the growth of multiple regions to help broaden the reach of ABA services provided in more rural areas. Tabitha has 3 sons, 1 daughter, and custody of her nephew. Family is the most important thing in her life and finding new adventures to experience with her children is one of her favorite things to do. You will often find them outside exploring nature, and they have recently developed a love for escape rooms. Her favorite quotes and ones that she lives by everyday are: ‘Be the change you wish to see in the world.’ and ‘Do or do not, there is no try.’

Amber is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Clinical Director at Light of Hope Learning Center in Brunswick, GA. She has worked in various capacities within the field of ABA since 2010. Amber has provided ABA services in many different settings, including home-based, clinic, community, school, and virtual. Amber has held administrative leadership roles over the last 4 years as a Clinical Director which allowed for development of effective staff training skills, multi-disciplinary collaboration skills, comprehensive parent training skills, and community outreach. This wide range of experience has led Amber to pursue other applications of behavior analysis, excelling in organizational behavior management skills. Amber is driven by a love for science, and she takes pride in providing compassionate care services to all receiving ABA. Amber is currently a Ph.D. student and is actively working towards becoming a BCBA-D so that she can continue to provide the most comprehensive and ethical services to the community.

Jaelyn Jeff, M.S., BCBA, provides behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the metro Atlanta area. Jaelyn earned her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgia State University in December 2021. She also received her B.S. in Birth Through Five Education/Special Education from Georgia State University in 2016. Jaelyn began her training in applied behavior analysis at Village Autism Center-Tucker. Her training continued in the School Consultation and Severe Behavior programs at Marcus Autism Center. She earned her BCBA certification in May 2022 and has since joined the early intervention team as a Case Manager at Dogwood Autism Services in East Point, GA. Jaelyn’s primary passion is providing high-quality skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction services to early learners with ASD in the metro Atlanta area.

Lyndsy recently moved to Metro Atlanta from Boston, MA where she was previously the Associate Vice President of Treatment at Beacon ABA Services. She has experience working in center-based, residential, and public-school services. She holds degrees from Simmons College and the University of New Hampshire and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. Lyndsy is currently the Clinical Director at Apollo Behavior in John’s Creek, GA. At Apollo, the mission is to help children with autism reach their full potential by proving highly personalized services and getting to know every family and their unique needs. Apollo has multiple locations around the Metro Atlanta area. Lyndsy is in her final year of her doctorate program at Cambridge College. She is completing her dissertation research on developing training for law enforcement agencies. Her dissertation primarily focuses on the use of bodycam to discriminate successful interactions with individuals with autism. She also travels to local police departments and provides training to officers as a Georgia POST certified guest instructor. In her free time, Lyndsy enjoys learning about women’s self-defense and education. She volunteers for The Red Letter Project, which is a faith-based women’s retreat, dedicated to giving women the opportunity and tools needed to develop independence. She also enjoys fishing and spending time with her family back in New Hampshire.
