Welcome to the recruitment form! Whilst the below may seem like a wall of text, please take the time to read it and apply if you think our raid environment would suit you - we will assume anyone applying will have read the following information.
We always want anyone applying to the team to fill out this form. It gives us a great sense of who you are, your aims and whether we think you'd be a good fit with the team. Having the same goals and sense of community as us is VERY important to the team being successful and enjoyable.
Our ideal applicant will have previous Cutting Edge raiding experience, along with a deep knowledge of their class, a willingness to learn, and is able to give and receiven feedback in any given situation. We would be hesitant to trial a player if they do not have this experience, unless you can prove you are an exceptional player without it. The level we are trying to achieve can be quite demanding in both time, skill and in-game resource, and it can be quite a shock to players never having raided at that level. As such we're looking for relevant experience.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR TRIAL PERIOD IF ACCEPTED - If you're accepted for a trial period, you will be invited to the guild to start a trial period. This trial period normally lasts a few weeks. We will try to have you in on as many fights as possible to assess your performance and fit with the team. After the trial period the officer team will decide to either pass your trial and promote you to Raider, or fail your trial and you will be moved back to a Social rank. We can extend your trial period if we feel its necessary to make the right decision. During your trial period, you will have lower priority over loot, until we can see you are dedicated and able to become a valuable member of the team (this is not to say you won't receive anything though!).
Whilst we try get back to you quickly, please expect anywhere from 2-4 days response time before we get in touch about a potential trial spot.
