【廠商發表會】預約申請注意事項 Notice：

1. 本表單限2024年印度臺灣形象展參展商申請，每家參展商限申請1場。 申請截止
    日期至 5月31日 或額滿為止。申請成功者將於 6月7日 前以電子郵件通知，發表
    廠商請依信要求於指定日期前繳交發表產品資料。
Each exhibitor is limited to 1 application. The deadline for applications is May 31st or until full capacity is reached. Successful applicants will be notified via email by June 7th and are required to submit product presentation materials by the specified date.

2. 廠商發表會地點位於舞台區，每家廠商限時10分鐘，請以英文進行簡報，
    廠商可使用：
The exhibitor presentations will take place in the stage area, with each exhibitor allotted a 10-minute time slot. Presentations must be conducted in English and may utilize:
(1) 舞台LED螢幕及大會筆電（限用Power Point檔案）簡報貴公司產品
Stage LED screens and conference laptops (restricted to PowerPoint files) to present the company's products.
(2) 舞台上桌子（120*70公分）展示貴公司產品
Tables on stage (120*70 cm) to display the company's products.
3. 每場廠商發表會中，每家廠商簡報之進行流程如下，主持人可說英文：
The procedure for each exhibitor's presentation is as follows, and the host may speak in English:
(1) 1分鐘：主持人介紹貴公司主講人登場，與主講人對談，帶出主講產品
1 minute: The host introduces the company's spokesperson, engages in a dialogue, and introduces the product simply.
(2) 7分鐘：主講人介紹產品（請勿超過7分鐘，台下將舉牌提醒）
The spokesperson introduces the product (please do not exceed 7 minutes; reminder signs will be held up by the audience).
(3) 2分鐘：主持人呼應產品特性，加深聽眾印象（建議廠商提供贈品，讓聽眾搶答)
2 minutes: The host reinforces the product's features to leave a lasting impression on the audience (it is recommended that exhibitors provide giveaways to encourage audience participation).
4. 發表廠商需配合事項如下：
Requirements for presenting exhibitors include:
(1) 請於 6月14日 前繳交電腦簡報檔，限用PowerPoint檔案。
Please submit the computer presentation file in PowerPoint format by June 14th.
(2) 主講人請於發表場次前15分鐘抵達舞台區，與工作人員對稿、對簡報檔並擺放產品。
The spokesperson should arrive at the stage area 15 minutes before the presentation time to coordinate with staff, review the script and presentation  equipment , and arrange the products.
(3) 主講人之簡報內容請展現貴公司產品價值與貴公司實力，請勿涉及政治、色情、
      犯罪、性別歧視等內容，如經涉及視為違規，主辦單位有權立即中斷貴公司之發表，
      並限制其參加後續臺灣形象展之權益。
The content of the presentation should showcase the value of the company's products and its capabilities. It should not involve political, pornographic, criminal, or gender-discriminatory content. If any violation occurs, the organizer reserves the right to immediately terminate the company's presentation and restrict its participation in subsequent Taiwan Expos.
