FBISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) Parent Application
The FBISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) was established by the Board of Trustees to assist the District in meeting its strategic objectives to provide healthy school environments for students, staff, and community members and teaching and promoting wellness through healthy lifestyles.
 
The Board requires the majority of SHAC members to be parents of students enrolled in FBISD schools and non-employees of the District.  A criminal history background check must be completed before your application can be considered (https://www.fortbendisd.com/Page/830)

The School Health Advisory Council acts in an advisory capacity to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees.
