Application Due Date EXTENDED through June 30, 2023 !

●  Volunteer status will be determined by event planning coordinators.  
●  Applicants who apply by May 19th will be notified of selection via email by June 9, 2023.
●  Applicants who apply after May 19th will be notified no later than August 11, 2023.
●  Instructions on how to register with fees waived (a $375 value!) will be shared with selected volunteers in future communication.

Requirements:
All volunteers must agree to:

1) attend both days of the Forum
2) commit to perform six hours of volunteer time between 10:30 am CT on Wednesday, October 25th and 2 pm CT on Friday, October 27th
3) attend an evening orientation meeting on October 25th,  7 - 8 pm CT, at the Hilton Chicago (720 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL)
4) adhere to local ordinances in the City of Chicago regarding Covid precautions (such as masking, social distancing, etc) at the time of the event. The event planning committee will keep you apprised of expectations as we get closer to the event.
