Books ordered with this form will NOT be shipped. They can only be picked up on the cruise.
Pre-orders will close on July 10th because I have to make sure I order them in time for the cruise and Amazon is slow. Invoices will go out on July 11th. Payment is due upon receipt so I can make sure I order all the books I need. I will have a limited number of extra books on the day of the signing, but it's best to order yours ahead of time to guarantee that you get your book.
