Coronavirus Declaration
Thank you for signing up to our in-person sessions! I am really looking forward to dancing with you again.

Due to the unusual circumstances in which we are now dancing, I would like you to read the following information and confirm that you understood it and agree to abide by it. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Please do not attend an in-person session if you have had any of the following symptoms in the last ten days, or if anyone you live with has had them in the last 10 days: A high temperature, a new, continuous cough, A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. *
By attending an in-person session you confirm that you have no reason to believe that you are infectious in any way and that you have not been knowingly exposed to Coronavirus in the last fourteen days. *
If you develop symptoms of Coronavirus, or test positive for the virus in the 7 days after class, please tell Katie so that we can implement track and trace for the group.

If you have been abroad prior to attending an in-person session, please confirm that you have undergone the necessary quarantine period and testing required for the area that you travelled from. *
Any sessions that we hold during the COVID restriction period will be run in accordance with guidance received from the NHS and Government which will include social distancing.  At the beginning of every session I will remind you what precautions we are taking to abide by that advice, and you agree to follow those precautions without question. *
Please agree that you are attending our sessions of your own free will, being aware that despite the fact that we will be taking all reasonable and necessary precautions to keep you safe, there is always the risk that you will contract COVID as a direct or indirect result of your attendance.  In those circumstances you agree that you will not hold us (Horizon or the venue) responsible in the unfortunate event that you become ill. *
