Complete this form if you intend for your student to utilize remote learning. The selection of remote learning will be offered as an option for each grading period.  At the end of each grading period (9 weeks for LES or 12 weeks for MCHS), students will select to continue remote learning or return to traditional learning.  This must be submitted by July 28, 2020 for each child utilizing remote learning.
