Salty Zombies Staff Applications
Who are we?
Salty Zombies is a gaming community that host multiple online games. We have been known for running some of the best 7 Days To Die Servers. We are also the first and only Gaming Community to host 7 Days To Die Servers globally. We have servers in Europe, the USA and ASIA, allowing our players to connect to a server nearest to them, giving them less lag and a better gaming experience.

We have expanded from 7D2D into many other games like RUST, ARK, Conan, Project Zomboid, DayZ etc and we are looking for community members to help us run the servers.

What do we look for when hiring staff members?
  1. Knowledge of the game: Staff members must be familiar with it and its mechanics. This will allow them to help players better and address any issues that may arise.
  2. Communication skills: Staff members should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with players in-game and through other channels such as forums or social media.
  3. Problem-solving skills: Staff members will inevitably encounter issues and problems while on duty. They must be able to think critically and find solutions to these issues.
  4. Responsibility and reliability: Staff members should be responsible and reliable and able to be counted on to show up for their shifts and fulfill their duties.
  5. Patience and empathy: Dealing with players can be challenging at times, and staff members must maintain their patience and show empathy towards players.
  6. Team player: Staff members should be able to work well with others and contribute to the overall team dynamic.
  7. Flexibility: The needs of your servers and player base may change over time, and staff members must be able to adapt and be flexible in their roles.
  8. Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm for the game and the role can be contagious and help create a positive atmosphere for staff and players.
What you should consider before sending an application:
  1. A staff application is essentially a job application, and like any job application, it's vital to put in the effort to make a good impression.
  2. A well-written and thought-out staff application shows that you are serious about the position and willing to put in the time and effort required to be a successful team member.
  3. A staff application is an opportunity for an applicant to showcase their skills and qualifications, and carefully considering and articulating these in the application can make a strong case for why they are the best candidate for the position.
  4. A rushed or poorly-written staff application may reflect poorly on the applicant and disqualify them from consideration, even if they have the necessary skills and qualifications.
In short, we encourage you to take time and effort when writing a staff application that can help them present themselves in the best light and give them the best chance of being considered for the position.
