Falmouth Farmers Market Application 2022
Submit your application and crop/product list for review by the FFM Board by April 11, 2022. Upon acceptance be prepared to promptly submit all applicable supporting documents and work with Town departments:
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
The market must be included on the certificate as a Named Insured.
Your policy period must cover all the dates of participation (May 26 -Oct 7, 2022 & November 23, 2022)
A COI is required for each Produce/Product Source. Alternatively the source may be included as a Named Insured on your policy.
Organic Growers Certification, for organic produce vendors.
For Prepared Product Vendors:
Kitchen Certification from the Board of Health for any prepared products.
Falmouth Board of Health – Application To Operate Temporary Mobile Vendor Permit
If cooking at the market, arrange for additional review/inspection with the Falmouth Fire Department.
ServSafe for product vendors.
Allergen Certification for product vendors.
Wineries: MDAR certification for selling at farmers’ market, plus Town of Falmouth license/fees. (Upon issuance of license, the farm‐winery must submit a copy to the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) at least 7 days prior to the first market.)
