Evening Chat: Break Out Sessions

For the breakout portion of this event all participants will leave zoom and join an interactive virtual networking platform called Gather.Town. You will receive the link to join this platform at the end of the moderated Q/A with alumni on Zoom.

Gather.town is a video game-like application that allows participants to create an avatar and interact on their computer in a simulated environment such as a coffee shop.

During this 30-minute breakout session you will have the opportunity to meet with alumni from the following fields; Engineering, physical sciences, medicine, Pathobiology/translational medicine, and public health. The goal of this event is to allow you to ask more direct questions to alumni about their training, career development, their experience at CT-JSHS, etc. Our alumni are very eager to meet with you and answer your questions.

For the next couple of questions, please rank your choices for alumni breakout rooms (1 being your top choice and 5 being your least favorite choice). Your rank choices will help us build the Gather.Town platform we will use for this portion of the evening chat. However, no matter how you rank, you will have the opportunity to visit any panelist you choose.
