Dear Parents,
Welcome to Music Club registration!  Arcadia Music Club is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization.  We ask every music student's family to fill this out so the club can better serve you and keep you informed.  In addition, your membership donations go right back into your child(ren)'s music program, supporting 3 orchestras, marching band and color guard, pep band, jazz ensemble, 3 percussion ensembles, 2 winter guards, 3 concert choirs, and 2 show choirs.  Please fill out each section accurately.  Thank you for your time!
