Does this student qualify for a 3-year award? *

To qualify, the student must have PARTICIPATED all three years of eligibility. For example, a student who was selected in 7th and 9th and was called up as an alternate in 8th would qualify. A student who was selected in 7th, 8th, and 9th but had to drop out in 8th due to a conflict would not qualify.
