Executive Functioning Group for the self-employed queer
Join Emerson Delacroix, MACP, LLP, RYT-200, and other self-employed queer folx with ADHD for a 5-week virtual course on improving your executive functioning skills. The one hour class time will start at the end of April, and meet every other week.
You will learn how to accommodate your ADHD to improve your executive functioning, empowering you to finish the long overdue tasks, delegate, and improve mood. Each week we will start the hour with a brief mindfulness practice, then Emerson will provide knowledge and resources for the week's executive functioning topic (see agenda below). You will be ask to share something about your goals, tasks, and progress, providing some accountability. There will be time to share with each other, providing ways to solve the specific concerns you bring to group. We'll end with a few minutes of organization and planning for the week.
