Spanish Summer Programs 2019 ~ Registration Form
Yay! Registration for Spanish classes with Ms Denise Summer '19 has begun.
We will have a blast!

I am so excited to be able to continue to offer fun immersion Spanish lessons to families in the Boulder Area during the Summer months. As always, these classes are designed to be effective, active, and a fun adventure for everyone!

Please note, space is limited. If you wish to participate please make sure you secure your spot at your earliest convenience.

Dates: 6.3.19 - 7.17.19 (6 weeks)
45 minute classes and 3-hour programs will be offered through this Summer.

If the location, day or time does not in your schedule, please notify Ms Denise with possible ideas for additions, the schedule could vary depending on your feedback.

If a class does not meet the minimum requirement of participant, the class will be cancelled. If this happens, you will be notified at the earliest convenience and you will receive full refund.  

Space is limited. Depending on the group, only 8-10 children will get to participate in each program.

45 minute Spanish Programs ~ $162/first child, $150/sibling, 6 week session & $135/first child, $125/sibling, 5 week session
3 hour Spanish programs ~ $60/per child per 1/2 day, NOTE: location can change upon request
Location
All classes will meet outdoors. Various local open spaces will be used including North Boulder Park, Louisville Community Park & Waneka Lake Park.
Payment Information
Payment is due upon registration in order to reserve the spot(s) in the class(ses) desired.
Payment plans are available upon request.

Release of Location
Lingua Garden LLC will use North Boulder Park, Waneka Lake Park, & Louisville Community Park as its main locations for the purpose of teaching Spanish lessons conducted by Denise Leitch during the Summer session.

As a participating family, you acknowledge the fact that Lingua Garden LLC has no responsibility or control over the conditions that may exist at these parks. In addition, you accept the risk of attending class at this location waiving and releasing all liability for injury at these premises.

Participants have full right and authority to solely enter into this agreement concerning the above described premises, and hereby indemnifies and holds Denise Leitch harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs, damages or claims of any nature arising from, growing out of, or concerning the use of the above described premises.

By submitting this registration form, the “Release of Location” agreement becomes effective.
Cancellation Policy and Missed Class Policy
By submitting this registration form, you understand that if you withdraw your student from a class at any point after this form is submitted, you agree to forfeit the non-refundable deposit associated with the class. The non-refundable amount is $25.

Additionally, any classes missed during the session, will not be refunded. Make-up classes are available upon request, contact Ms Denise directly to schedule make-up classes. Each family is allotted one make-up during the Summer session. Make-ups are not transferable between semesters. Please note that make-up seats become less available later in the semester. If you know you will be missing a class or two, it's best to schedule your make-ups as far in advance as possible. If you have more than one child participating in a make up you can denote that in the comments section below.

Online Spanish lessons can also be used as a make up. Ask Ms Denise if interested in this option.
