As you may know, your student has decided to spend one semester of their upcoming school year as a participant in High Mountain Institute Semester program. Based on information you share with us in our online questionnaire, we will enroll the student in the appropriate math class. We try to place students into courses that most closely match their home school math progression; our ability to do this varies based on their specific curricular needs. With 50 students from different schools around the country, it is very helpful to know what each student needs during their semester with us.
This form should only take 10-15 minutes to complete.
