Teams participating in out-of-province/country tournaments, exhibition games, league games, etc., are to advise the RO office thirty (30) days prior to the event providing the following information:

Teams must also inform the RO office in writing, immediately, of any incidents that occurred during the tournament or exhibition game involving an out-of-province team.
