With the increasing popularity of graphic novels and the inclusion of two graphic novels this year for Summer Scares, we are showing off the steps for creating your own graphic novels. Come in and learn about what the process of creating a graphic novel is, and then try your hand at it. Summer Scares is sponsored by Friends of the Racine Public Library.
