By acknowledging access to the Jeffco Student and Family Handbook (as done each year through JeffcoConnect), Lincoln Academy students and families are acknowledging that they understand the following District Policies:

Lincoln Academy adheres to the same policies in regard to its own computers, technology, internet and use of PEDs at school.

Misuse of computers, technology, the internet or PEDs at Lincoln Academy, including but not limited to: the unauthorized reproduction of school or legal documents, copyright violations, attempts to harm or destroy data of another user, improper use of the internet, electronic mail or social media, vandalism, solicitation, uploading, downloading, or creation of computer viruses, and tampering with operating systems or data may be grounds for suspension or expulsion.

I have read and understand the 2019-20 Lincoln Academy Charter School Elementary Technology Agreement (above) and agree to abide by its terms. I further understand that violation of this agreement may result in my loss of internet access and/or computer use privileges, confiscation of PEDs, and school discipline (including suspension or expulsion) being taken against me, legal action being taken against me, and/or restitution by me for costs associated with any damages caused by such violations. I acknowledge that I am responsible for adhering to updates found in Jeffco policy or in Lincoln Academy’s Family Handbook.
