SEF Award Application: Spring 2023
1. Application
Please read through our list of FAQs before applying for funds from the SEF. The form below will constitute your application for funds and cannot be edited once submitted. Any questions can be directed to awards@spencerporteducationfoundation.org.

2. Timeframe
For the 2023 Spring semester, there will be one award cycle. The deadline for applications is April 10, 2023. All applications will be reviewed by our committee. Successful applicants will be notified no later than May 5th that they have been awarded funds. Proposals should be reviewed with your administrator/supervisor prior to submission.

3. Goals
The SEF intends to award funds for projects which align with the SEF's mission and vision. We encourage applicants to be creative when thinking of items needed in the classroom;  grants given can be up to a maximum of $250 but may be scaled back if necessary. Awards will be selected on the basis of their alignment with SEF goals, SCSD initiatives, and the merits of the application. Note: Technology items will not be given funding, as this is already incorporated in the annual budget. Additionally, we are not able to provide funding for field trips/bussing.
