GYM Praise Team Application 2024-2025
Hey there! We are so happy that you decided to apply to GYM Praise Team! We welcome all GYM students to come and be a part of our praise team, join the production team (sound board and pro-presenter), or continue developing your skills so we can all ultimately worship God together! 
Just a reminder that leading praise is NOT a performance--leading praise means we are leading others to worshiping God, which also indicates becoming an example and role model to your peers.

Please review and read through the GYM Praise Team Covenant before applying:

If you are planning to apply for production you do not need to have auditions, can apply with no knowledge of soundboard or pro-presenter. 

For platform you'll need to prepare a worship/praise song to play, and you'll have to be ready to play a part of a song that we've done before in GYM. 
For instrumentalist we are looking for basic skills (e.g. chord knowledge, singing on key, playing on beat for drummers, etc.) and advanced skill levels if applicable, depending on experience (e.g. playing by ear, dynamics, transposing)
For vocalists we are looking for basic skills such as singing on key for melody, keeping up with rhythm, and harmony (if applicable). 
This audition is just a basic assessment of your skill level.
