Thank you for your interest in this program! This short form is meant to gather information from instructors who are interesting in having an LEO in their class, or who want to learn more about the program before they decide.
If you definitely want to be part of the LEO program for Fall 2023, we'll gather some information to help your LEO get oriented to your class, and to help you think about how an LEO could be most useful to your teaching goals. You can be as brief or as detailed as you like, and an email of your responses will be sent to you after you submit it. We'll also share your responses with your Learning Experience Observer.
