Read the following instruction before filling the form
1. Your 10-digit mobile number submitted at the college will be your login
2. You will have to fill 4-5 sections depending on the number of subjects
3. The subjects are allotted for each section but you will have to select the subject and faculty for confirmation of your choice which is mandatory for all the sections.
