Terminate membership / Uitschrijven lidmaatschap JFV Ouranos
Door middel van het onderstaande formulier kunt u het lidmaatschap van JFV Ouranos beëindigen. Contributie kan nog verschuldigd zijn voor het voorgaande collegejaar. Bij vragen kunt u een mail sturen naar secretaris@jfvouranos.nl.

Bij uitschrijving kunt u direct lid worden van het alumninetwerk. Dit brengt voordelen met zich mee zoals recht op deelname aan alumni-activiteiten en toegang tot een netwerk van gelijkgestemde oud-leden.
