This two-part course will review the search, hire, and negotiation process for the lay religious professional. The program is designed to guide participants in developing their own goals and search plan. Classes will be facilitated by Michele T. Grove, D.Min, CRE.
Participants will:
- Learn what to look for in a job posting, job description, and job interview
- Identify key questions to ask and tools to research specific job postings & offers
- Understand your own employment and vocational goals
Classes are on Fridays, March 26 & April 2 from 1:00 - 2:30 pm EDT; Sessions are 90 minutes each.
Registration deadline is March 25 at noon.
Two options for registering: $50 for the class or $75 for the class plus a 30-minute coaching session.
