Hello potential Teddy! We're so glad you are interested in joining our community. We'll use this questionnaire to figure out why you want to burn with us and what makes you tick. After you submit the form, our Teddy Acclimation Team will follow up with you for a phone/zoom chat (*please allow a few weeks for this). 

As Teddies, we work hard and play hard too! Everyone is expected to contribute to the camp physically, financially and spiritually. We also ask that you commit to either build or strike before/after the Burn. There will be things expected of you as a Teddy - teamwork makes the dream work (literally)! At the end of the day our goal is for Teddies to be your home on playa and your community year round. <3
