* 10x10 spaces are $25.00 for the day.
* 10x10 spaces requiring electricity are $35.00 for the day.
* Vendors are responsible for their own equipment (tables/chairs/canopies/cords/etc).
* Fees are non-refundable.
* Vendors are responsible for obtaining the required licensing for their goods/services.
* Vendors preparing/selling food/drink items must have valid WV food handler’s card and meet all health and saftey regulations.
* All vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event and should not tear down before the close of the festival except for extraordinary circumstance.
* Little Kanawha Riverfest/Sportsman’s Park or event staff are not responsible for theft, loss, damages, or injury.
* Vendors are expected to leave their space clean/free of garbage and not leave belongings behind.
