By signing up, you are giving permission for Sploot Marketing to contact you with details regarding the Spotlight Pet Incentive Program and any other collaboration programs your organization selects.

SPOTLIGHT PET INCENTIVE PROGRAM DETAILS
Please read the program details below carefully and confirm your agreement and understanding of the below terms and conditions.
1) Terms & Conditions
COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS - Sploot Marketing utilizes collaborative relationships with pet care brands in order to develop and provide FREE marketing services to pet welfare organizations.  Use of any collaborative content linking, tagging or otherwise posting about products is not to be considered a sponsorship, partnership or other donor/corporate relationship directly between the pet brand and your organization.

MARKETING COMPLIANCE - Collaborative relationships used in any and all programs explicitly adhere to affiliate/influencer marketing rules for advertising and promotions to comply with rules and regulations set by Facebook, Instagram and Federal Trade Commission. All program conform to advertising and promotional regulations set by Facebook, Instagram and the Federal Trade Commission.  

PRIVACY POLICY - Sploot Marketing does not share any specific details about ORG and fiercely protects the privacy of personal information shared for the purposes of implementing marketing programs with ORG.

2) $50 CASH INCENTIVE
Our goal is to provide each participating organization with a new incentive for a new pet every month, however only orgs that satisfy the posting requirement within the first month will be invited to participate again. There are several options to select pertaining to the one time cash incentive.  Read the options below and make your selection in the next question.

$50 Foster Cash Incentive - A printable voucher will be provided to ORG containing instructions on redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive which should be used to motivate a foster commitment.  The foster is responsible for redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive.

$50 Transfer Cash Incentive - A printable voucher will be provided to ORG containing instructions on redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive which should be used to motivate another rescue organization to commitment to transferring a pet into their care.  The transferring organization is responsible for redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive.

$50 Team Cash Incentive - A printable voucher will be provided to ORG containing instructions on redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive which should be used towards team building for activities such as a snacks for the volunteers, split into smaller coffee recognition cards or any other option you feel is best to boost morale within your team.  An authority in your organization is responsible for redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive.

$50 Org Cash Incentive - A printable voucher will be provided to ORG containing instructions on redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive which should be used towards whatever ORG feels funds will be best used for (immediate supplies, gas, etc).  An authority in your organization is responsible for redeeming the one time, $50 cash incentive.

*Funds can only be redeemed via Paypal or Venmo and are transferred the first Monday after completing the form AND after the required social media post is published.

**PLEASE BE ADVISED - we will NOT require proof of fund use as we trust your team to make the best decisions on behalf of your organization.

3) CUSTOMIZED GIFT BOX
ORG will be provided with a gift box of pet care products from the brand they are matched with.  Our goal is to provide maximum benefit to the pet receiving the box, so we may request additional information about your pet.

4) MEDIA SHARING & POSTING REQUIREMENTS
This program provides spotlight pet's with an "unboxing" enrichment experience where the pet can sniff and investigate pet care items and have a special, positive and uplifting moment with their high value treats and other goodies (which they know is "just for them!") all captured for social media followers to enjoy and see this pet in a new light.

ORGS are Required to Complete the Following:
  1. Take a minimum of 5 photos and a 30 second video of the pet unboxing, opening, snacking on, investigating, playing with, using or sitting near the pet care products inside their gift
  2. Post at least one of these photos on active Facebook + Instagram accounts, tagging the brand and using the promotion link for a free product as a thanks for supporting ORG
  3. Share media with Sploot Marketing to be forwarded to brands so they can brag about your organization and the spotlight pet

5) SOCIAL MEDIA COLLABORATION
ORG gives permission for brands to post content of pets on their social media platform as extracted from shared media from #4 above, public facing platforms such as pet profiles on ORG website, petfinder, adoptapet, social media, etc.  

Brands will tag/invite ORG as a collaborator when posting.  The objective is purely to increase reach, encourage additional pet lovers to share long stay pets and advocate for long stay and hard to place pets on social media.

6) TEAM APPRECIATION FREEBIE
Pet brands are required to provide all ORGs and their supporters with a promotional code to a FREE product from a selection of items or $10-15 off any product.  We provide all links, printouts for facility with QR and customizable template to post in digital groups.  While it is not required for you to share this with your team, we strongly encourage you to use this opportunity as a team appreciation and camaraderie moment.

SPOTLIGHT PET DETAILS
We offer 12 pets per brand, every month the opportunity to be a Spotlight Pet.  This is a growing program with continuous new spotlight pets being enrolled and the amount of pets per month expanding by 12 for each new brand we onboard into the program as well.  

Please provide the below information for up to 3 pets you'd like to enroll in the Spotlight Pet Incentive Program.  Note that only pet one will be selected the first month and we will check the adoption status of the pet to ensure they are still in your care.  In addition, we match cats with cat care brands and dogs with dog care brands as opportunities open.

*Once you enroll, you can expect a confirmation email from us within a week with the estimated date for which your pet will receive their gift box and incentive.
