Enrollment Criteria

• All students must reside in the Bonner Springs/Edwardsville School District and be 4 years of age on or before August 31, 2024. 
  
• Students turning 5 on or before August 31, 2024 are not eligible for enrollment. 
  
• Students must be independent with toileting.
  

Important Information

• Hours are 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday-Friday when school is in session.
  
• The district does not provide transportation.
  
• A $50 non-refundable tuition deposit is required.
  
• Tuition is $500 per month, due by the 1st of each month. Tuition includes breakfast, lunch and a snack each day.
• Failure to pay the tuition by the 5th day of each month will result in the child's removal from the program.  
• Enrollment will be accepted until all slots are filled. If all slots are filled, you may request to be placed on a waiting list. Only completed enrollment packets will be considered.

Enrollment
District Enrollment will be completed at a later date and the following documents will be required before your student is enrolled in any USD 204 preschool program. All forms must be provided before the first day of preschool. Copies are not accepted.

•  Identity of Student (original birth certificate or passport)
  
•  Health/Immunization Records (students cannot start school without immunizations and a doctor's physical exam record on file)
  
• Proof of Residency - (a recent utility bill - electric, gas, or water)
  
• Parent/Guardian Kansas driver's license/ID or government-issued photo ID
