2023 Hamilton Lakes Hornets Swim Team Registration
Welcome to the Hamilton Lakes Hornets Swim Team Registration form.
PLEASE READ these key points:

Each member of the Hamilton Lakes Hornets Swim Team must pay the team registration fee. The registration fee helps cover team expenses and the Community Swim Association (CSA) dues ($20/swimmer). There are no registration fee discounts for swimmers not participating in meets. Register by May 1, 2023 at 5pm to receive a team t-shirt. Registrations received after May 1st will not receive a team t-shirt.

2023 fees: 
$100.00/swimmer for the first two children
$75.00 for the third child
$50.00/swimmer for any additional children

*Early season swim practice @ The Club on Sunday afternoons: April 2, April 16, April 23, April 30, May 7. Space is limited and registration will be required. Early season swim practice fees are not included in the team registration fee.

*Afternoon practices at Hamilton Lakes will begin May 15th. Morning practices will be added to the practice schedule June 12th.
