In this six hour class we will learn some of the history of using stones for massage and wellness.  We will talk about the care and feeding of your stones.  A significant portion of the class will be trading and practicing techniques.  Our bodies are our primary tools, and we get tired!  Using stones for their neutral energy, heating our way in to a tight space, combining heat and cold to relax the brain, can all make our job easier.  Our clients fell our energy, if we are struggling or tired, they will know and respond.  Stones allow us to have "more hands" to work with.

The class can accommodate up to 12 students.  Tables and stone sets for class use will be provided.   Some stone sets will be available after class for purchase if you choose.

Instructor, Aimee'Lee, has been using stones in her practice for over 20 years.  She is excited to share this information with you.
