The Development Office is responsible for generating revenue to benefit the student's and families of Hayden Catholic High School.  The true cost to educate one child is approximately $10,000 and through the parent/family commitment program, each family is able to receive a tuition reduction of $800 per student. In order to receive this reduction, families are responsible for providing a minimum 40 hours of service to Hayden or the monetary equivalent.

Parents/Families utilizing this tuition reduction opportunity must fill out this form and select activities you would be interested in working throughout the school year.  Choose a minimum of three activities for the annual Blue & Gold Gala (each family is required to work a minimum 6 Gala Hours) and three activities you would be interested in working throughout the year, as you are not guaranteed all the jobs you select.  We will work to accommodate your desires.  However, the sooner you get your request in the higher likelihood you will receive your desired job.  

NOTES:  
If you are a split family and both families will be doing commitment hours, you BOTH need to complete this worksheet.
Your attendance at shifts you were scheduled to work during the 2018-19 school year may impact your placement for the 2019-20 school year.
