Thank you for your interest in the Read Aloud committee.  Being on the committee is a wonderful opportunity to serve the children of Indiana by helping select the books that will make the final Read Aloud lists. 

Committee Requirements and Responsibilities include:
-Must be an member of ILF while serving on the committee
-Must attend the Spring Kick Off Meeting (usually middle of May)
-Must attend the Fall Selection Meeting (usually middle of August)
-Attend occasional Zoom meetings to check in
-Read and nominate books for each of the 5 lists: Primary, Upper Elementary, Middle Grade, High School, and Ageless
-Write annotations for assigned books
-Present at annual ILF Conference if able

Filling out this form adds your name to a waiting list.  Committees are formed in December.  As committee spots open up, you will be invited to serve on the committee.  If you change your mind, you can always decline the invitation at that point.
