You can use this form to enroll a Lower or Middle School student in Extended Day. Please submit a separate form for each additional child.

Other than for seasonal sports care in Middle School, enrollments are for full months only. If you need care for only part of a month, please plan to use our drop-in offering.

Modifications to contracted enrollments may only be made if notice is received at least a full month prior to the first of the month in which you wish to make a change. All changes must be sent in writing to ExtendedLearning@cfsnc.org.
