Hello, amazing administrators! Thank you for all you've been doing to support our students, families and community! As you launch a new school year ahead, our FACE team wants to remind you of some exciting opportunities, resources and supports we have for school sites to support you with your family and community engagement. We also would love to hear your site-specific wishes and needs so that we can see how we can help! Thank you for your feedback! (And to thank you for your time, everyone who submits this survey back to us will be entered into our Welcome Back prize drawings for some awesome family engagement resources for you and your school!)

What are some resources, staff/parent training workshops, or other supports that you think would support family engagement at your site?
Does your site have a parent resource center or designated resource area? If not, are you interested in learning about how to start one?
Does your school have a parent/community liaison, School Community Worker, School Community Intervention Specialist, School Community Intervention Assistant, counselor, or some other position that help connect with and support families? Please list their name(s) so we can make sure to include them in our monthly FACE trainings and site support opportunities. 
What are some ways that you offer opportunities for parents to volunteer at your site or to provide volunteer opportunities to support your site from home?

Are you interested in our FACE team providing some customized site professional development to your staff and/or your families next school year? If so, please provide some possible workshop topics you're interested in for your staff and/or your families. 
Are you interested in learning about our Neighborhood Learning Project, a FREE initiative to help your site learn more about your local school community, connect with community partners, provide supports to your families, and strengthen your school-home partnerships? *
Are you interested in learning about the Parent Teacher Home Visit Project, an initiative to help train teachers and staff to develop meaningful relationships with families of their students, starting with voluntary home visits? The visits are short, 30- to 40-minute conversations, in which educators listen, ask questions, and make observations that they can take back to their classrooms to improve instruction for the learner and build trusting, authentic relationships with families. FACE will be providing a training to interested site teams. Please indicate below if you'd like to be included:
