Through our end of the season survey last year, we heard a lot of vendors asking for the Market to end at a later hour. This was also reflected by a large amount of Market goers! As a response, we are moving the Market up by an hour. If you have severe concerns in regards to this, please contact Ana at coordinator@laramiemainstreet.org.

Location will be in the city parking lot at the base of the walking foot bridge in Downtown Laramie. It is the parking lot between 1st & 2nd from Garfield St. to Custer St.

The application "closes" May 2nd, moving to a rolling application for the remainder of the season. You can expect to hear from our Market Manager if you have been accepted by May 16th.

Application does not guarantee a vendor spot. All accepted vendors will be selected by the Farmers Market Manager and Committee, and will be based on factors like local proximity, ‘vendor-made,’ uniqueness of product, and seniority.

Applications received after May 2nd, and applications that were not selected immediately will be placed on the waitlist. The Market Manager may reach out based on availability throughout the season.

Vendor Contract Questions *

Please check every box to indicate you understand this years market expectations. Please read carefully as some guidelines have changed from previous seasons. This will be the Vendor Contract for the 2024 Season, all expectations will be upheld.

Each vendor will be assigned a set up time between 2 and 3pm depending on vendor type and vehicle needs. I agree to not arrive and begin setting up before my designated time.

Vehicles will not be permitted in the market area past 3:30pm or before 8pm to ensure safety of pedestrians. I understand if I arrive past 3:30 pm I must hand cart or carry items to my booth.

The Farmers Market begins at 4pm. I agree I will not begin selling to customers until that time.

A market space is 10 feet by 10 feet, or one standard parking spot. If I exceed this space, I understand I will be charged for a second space. Any measurement determination will be made by the Market Manager.

I understand Structures setup at the Market (tents, canopies, etc.) must be removed at closing each day, and the site must be cleared of any debris. Market ends at 8pm.

I understand that as a vendor, I am are responsible for providing my own tables, chairs, tents with necessary weights, signage and equipment needed.

I understand that due to the nature of Laramie weather, I will have my tent weighted down appropriately to ensure safety. The manager will double check this and inform you if it is not adequate.

I understand I am responsible for keeping my vendor site clean, packing out any trash generated by my business at the market, and will clean up after myself before leaving the market space.

If I have non packaged food on display (other than produce), I will make sure it is covered for the duration of the market

I understand that I will have the appropriate and required state tax and health code permits at my booth.

I understand it is my responsibility as a vendor to be familiar with the local, state and federal regulations and permits that govern the products which I sell. Compliance with all codes and regulations of the County Health, Fire and Police Departments; the State Health and Revenue Departments is required. These agencies have the final say in any dispute in the operation of the Market. These codes and regulations will also apply to the preparation of foods on-site including food samples.

I understand that it is my responsibility as a vendor to contact local and state agencies regarding permits or other requirements for selling my products.

The Laramie Farmers Market will abide by all current local health and safety guidelines. I understand that as a vendor I will be expected to do the same.

I understand vendor locations will vary each week. Please be attentive of the Market Managers email to know what numbered spot you'll be in each week.

I understand I may request a specific spot due to product management but this does not guarantee the spot in question.

I understand the Market Manager will determine my vendor location within the market. Any discrepancies will be decided on by LMSA Staff.

I understand that I am expected to park in free city parking lots or side streets, and there is absolutely no parking in the train depot parking lot.

I understand all tokens must be cashed in at the end of EACH market starting at 7:30pm.

Any disputes will be resolved in a mature and respectful manner. Final determinations will be made by the Market Manager or LMSA Staff.

I will be courteous and respectful to patrons, fellow vendors, and the Market Staff. I understand I may be asked to leave if it is determined I am behaving in a disrespectful manner.

I understand Market Staff has the right to amend and supplement the Market rules and regulations throughout the season

2024 Fees and Payment *

This is a continuation of the Vendor Contract. Please check every box to indicate you have read and understand this years market fees expectations.

I understand all market fees will be required to be paid online. There will be no cash transactions, except for token exchange at the end of each market.

I will pay my vendor fee by WEDNESDAY each week (unless I have already paid in full in advance).

I understand that vendors who pay the FULL season in advance will receive a 15% discount. I understand if the amount is not received by June 27th the discount will no longer apply

I understand that every 10X10 vendor space will be $35

I will return tokens to market intern each market, I understand no tokens will be accepted after the last market, September 27th, 2024

I understand that as a vendor, I must notify the Market Manger by midnight on Monday of that weeks market if I will not be attending that Friday.

I understand that if I am a vendor paying in advance, there are no refunds for not attending a market day I have committed to and failed to notify the market manager by Monday night.

I understand No Call, No Show vendors will be billed a fee of $20 for every space.

I understand that if I am a vendor that requires a vehicle in the lot in addition to my booth, I will be charged a $15 vehicle fee. There are 35 vehicle spaces available and will be decided on a first come first serve basis.
