Upon receipt of this form, you will receive a confirmation email stating a seat has been reserved for your student in the tutorial, and you will receive an invoice for the non-refundable registration fee ($20, if registering after March 31) and tuition ($450). Refund Policy

In the event a student should drop the tutorial after payment has been received but prior to the first meeting in August, 50% of tuition funds minus all transaction fees will be refunded. After this date, no reimbursement will be made as it is unlikely the seat can be filled.

In the event a student should drop the tutorial after payment has been received but prior to the first meeting in August and a waitlisted student is available to take the student's place, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued.
