All Authorized Select and Open Channel partners who have accepted the terms of the GitLab Partner agreement, are in good standing, and have completed NFR program training eligibility requirements are eligible for a twelve (12) month Self-Managed and/or SaaS license for GitLab Ultimate (each license type must be a separate request through this form).
- Select Partners can receive a license for 25 Ultimate users.
- Open Partners can receive a license for 10 Ultimate users.
- Channel partners must have at least 1 employee that has completed the Solution Architect Certification and 2 employee that have completed Accredited Sales Professional certification prior to receiving a NFR license.
Technology Alliance partners are not required to complete training at this time, but must have a signed Technology Partner Agreement in place prior to receiving a NFR license.
- Technology Alliance partners can receive a license for 10 Ultimate users.
Additional users or licenses are only available upon exception request and require extensive approval and business justification. Please contact your GitLab Partner Account Manager if you need an exception. If additional license types are requested, they will co-term with the original request and all licenses will expire on the date of the oldest NFR license subscription.
