This form applies to Vendors, Artists and Authors

Set Up:
Friday 5th: 6:30pm- 10pm (We may be able to get into the vendor space earlier- if that happens, we will have an earlier set-up time and the vendor space will be open for sales Friday evening. We will NOT require vendors to be set up and selling on Friday, and this will not effect the cost.)
Saturday 6th: 8:30am- 9:50am (Must be ready for market to open by 10am)

Take Down:
Sunday 7th: 4pm- 9pm

Marketplace hours:
Saturday 6th: 10-6pm

One 6 foot table vendor space: includes 1 (6' x 30") table with floor length table covering and 2 chairs (unless requested otherwise)
Price: $100 (includes one standard weekend membership)
Additional 6 foot table space $80 (Max tables per dealer = 2)
Sharing is allowed (Max 2 dealers per rented space)
Additional standard memberships for helpers - $40, up to 2 additional memberships per single table space. (one free membership per 6 foot table)

DEALERS’ ROOM (VENDING) RULES AND REGULATIONS

A membership is included with each table or booth.

If a vendor is not selected for the Dealers’ Room, they may request to be put on a waiting list.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted and/or licensed material is prohibited.

If for any reason a vendor must cancel their space, no refunds will be offered unless the space can be resold by the convention.

A Washington State business license is required. Proof is required prior to the convention. https://bellevuewa.gov/city-government/departments/finance/doing-business-with-bellevue/business-licenses

Restrictions on sale items:  Food item for sale need to be prepackaged.  Blades are allowed, but no firearms, nothing combustible, no open flames, no hazmat, no live animals.  

There is no application fee, payment will be required after acceptance.

As space is limited, BritCon 2022 Vendor Marketplace space is juried to optimize its value to both members and vendor.  

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications will be reviewed starting May 15, 2022. Acceptances for space will go out as they are accepted, providing you have sent your photos for us to view. Applications will still be accepted after the deadline, but priority will go to those submitting on time. Applications received after spaces are filled will go on a wait-list in case there is a cancelation.

When you receive your acceptance you will receive an invoice for your total. You will have 30 days to pay and instructions on how to pay will be provided.
