This form is for L-BF students who are beginning distance learning and would like to have meals delivered to their home. Deliveries go out mid-day on Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday's delivery includes meals for Thursday - Friday, and Friday's delivery has meals for Monday - Wednesday as well as milk for the following week. Meal delivery includes breakfast and lunch. There will be a special delivery made on November 4th for students who sign up by midnight November 3rd. After that delivery the normal schedule will resume.
