5th Grade: Lunch Group Permission Form
At GDRMS, we provide the opportunity for 5th grade students to participate in a Lunch Group. Groups will be formed based on student needs and peer requests. All lunch groups will take place with the counselor in her office during the lunch block.  Groups are usually about 8 weeks long (depending on how many students sign up).

Please talk to your student about this opportunity and if they'd like to participate in a lunch group, please complete this form by Friday, October 6th.
