Disruptive Chat Messages and Player Names

In some of our games, you can report disruptive chat messages. Just tap the chat message and tap ‘Report’.

For other games, and to report disruptive Player Names, you can contact us through Help and Support using the Player Report Form. Please include screenshots and a few details about what's going on.

How We Handle Your Reports

Submitting a report does not automatically issue an account penalty to the reported player. Still, every report is taken seriously. Each one is manually reviewed by our team. Due to the number of reports we receive, it takes up to 72 hours for some reports to be reviewed.

Please don't misuse the ability to report others. The more false reports we receive, the longer it will take us to take care of the really urgent ones.

Issuing a false report just to get someone else’s account penalized can also backfire: you might find that your own account is penalized instead! Abusing the report button can also result in an account penalty.
