Disclosure Statement:
***THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE STUDENT A BOARDING PASS. ALL BOARDING PASSES MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE TRANSPORTATION OFFICE PRIOR TO THE STUDENT RIDING THE BUS.
***ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BEFORE JULY 15, 2022 WILL BE PROCESS AND MAILED BY THE END OF JULY. ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 15, 2022, APPROVED BOARDING PASSES WILL BE PICK UP BY THE PARENT/GUARDIAN.

*STUDENTS CAN NOT BOARD THE BUS WITH A FEVER.
* Students will only be transported to and from their LEGAL PRIMARY residence that is listed on their student record. Any address discrepancy with the student’s records will need to be clarified with the school before a boarding pass will be approved.
*Temporary, emergency passes will not be permitted without the approval of the site administrator or Transportation Director.
*A student may be dropped from ridership if they have missed 3 consecutive days without communication with the Transportation Department. (580)252-3496
* Students living outside of their school zone will not be eligible for transportation to their school of choice.
* Student / Parent Bus Ridership Conduct Agreement MUST be signed and returned to the bus driver within 5 days of first boarding. If you are unable to print, the bus driver will have extra copies available.
