This form is for signups to provide verbal public testimony regarding the Western Oregon State Forests Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) at the Oct. 6, 2020 Board of Forestry meeting.
Sign-up opened at 8 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 1 and closed at 5 p.m. We are no longer able to accept signups for verbal public comment.
You are still welcome to submit written testimony to the Board of Forestry at boardofforestry@oregon.gov. All written comment received by 11:59 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, will be distributed to the Board.
Given the high level of public interest and diverse range of viewpoints, testimony slots will be allocated on an alternating basis based on support for the staff recommendation, opposition to the staff recommendation, or neutral/informational.
